Trent <<cq> Cooper <cq> , and other law enforcement officers listen to Tucker <cq> Dean <cq> , 22, who has been diagnosed with bipolar and schizoaffective disorder, tells what is going on in his mind when he is having a delusion and offers advice on how to address persons with men tal illness at a training session put on by the Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network. Dean, who said he's heard voices in his head tell him to not listen to law enforcement, said homicidal rantings coming from someone who is mentally ill reflect the illness and are not likely to be acted upon.
