(Original Caption) Detroit: On The Nose. Taking a nose dive on the ice at Detroit is Red Wing high-scorer Ted Lindsay. In the Stanley Cup championship game with the Canadiens, Lindsay set a team scoring record for the playoffs with four goals in the first two periods. In the third, however, luck ran out and he not only didn't score, but was dumped by Montreal's Butch Bouchard. The Red Wings won 7-1.
