It actually picked up Mr. Tshombe and his party at Majorca on Friday June 30th. They were flown from Majorca to Ibeza which is about 70 miles away where the aircraft refueled for the return trip. Mr. Tshombe returned to the aircraft at about 6 o'clock i and they had been in the air for about 25 minutes when Palma control tower received a message from Captain David Taylor aboard the aircraft. The message said 'I am obliged to go to Algiers on the order of my passengers.' Since then of course, Mr. Tshombe has appeared before the Court and his fate is still uncertain but the two British pilots have been held incommunicdo and there's been no charges at all levelled against them.'
